However, after interviewing with the recruiter, hiring manager, and completing 5 hours of interviews, I received no response or feedback.
Following up with the recruiter also yielded no response. It would have been nice to hear the decision.

Pros: Autodesk is a company that knows that the one-size-fits-all approach doesn't work. They know how to manage complexity by focusing on culture and strategy, instead of guidance and standardization.
Autodesk understands that psychological safety is a per-team metric, and thus can convert a good work environment into productive employees.
Cons: When standardization is unavoidable, they prefer in-house solutions instead of relying on industry standards, and that can quickly escalate to conflicts of interest.
