Pros: Nice community feel for an office of this size. Everyone is treated as an equal. Plenty of perks, benefits, and company events. Opportunity for travel (depending on role). Very considerate management, open to new ideas, and they always listen if you have something important to say. Loads of highly-skilled colleagues to learn from. State-of-the-art equipment. Very comfortable work environment (best in my 17-job career). Most work environments look like a sweatshop by comparison.

Cons: You have to watch some training videos every now and again.

Pros: Work from home Cool team members

Cons: Less budget. No refreshers. Slow growth, no leaning.
