Process
Company engineers are trapped into thinking that senior engineers should solve LeetCode hard problems. The interviewer had absolutely no experience properly interviewing people. I was given the Minimum Window Substring problem to solve in 45 minutes. Unless you have done this before, there is no way anyone is solving this without help. The interviewer provided no helpful examples; he just sat and watched me struggle.
