Autodesk seems to have one of the worst interviewing processes in the industry.
I have interviewed with them multiple times, and the experience is always the same. They put an unenthused and expressionless person in front of you and present numerous coding challenges.
The challenges appear straightforward, but it seems they are looking for a very specific approach they expect, without considering your explanation of your unique method. Though you may feel confident afterward, they will not bother to contact you, even to inform you of their decision. You are left in limbo.
My recruiter couldn't even get an answer out of them.
This has been one of the worst experiences, and it is consistently the same with Autodesk. I recommend they take a good, hard look at their process and how they can improve it.
