Summary: I have to somewhat agree with other reviews saying that they don't seem to have the intention to actually hire.

Background information: I am an experienced senior software engineer from a large corporation.

Overall Details:

• After one month of applying, I received an email from HR asking about my experience.
• Then, no response for two months.
• Suddenly, after two months, I received another email asking for my expected salary.
• A week later, I had a face-to-face interview.

The interview went very well. All questions were answered, at least to what seemed like a satisfactory level.

There was no communication after the interview, in which they clearly mentioned they would reply with a yes or no. Three weeks later, I followed up with an email. Only then did HR respond about the rejection.

Many basic algorithm questions and few design questions.
