It started with a phone call and going over the CV.

Then came a personal interview with technical questions from the team leader and another team member.

There was a home exercise, although I heard not everyone received one, as they have trouble recruiting and are trying to hire anyone who accepts.

Finally, an HR interview took place with someone who was truly unpleasant, though she did try.

The technical questions for the mobile role were a joke. It appears the team lead has no technical background whatsoever.

The HR person asked standard personal questions about the CV, personal life, military service, and personal status. Some of these questions are illegal to ask, but what can you do?
