Pros: Decent pay and nice benefits.
California offices are really nice.
Internally, they're trying to "Googlefy" themselves, and it's showing, but to be honest, it seems kind of pointless.
Cons: There seems to be a lack of engagement with management. The career path is not really obvious. The company's way of innovation is by acquiring more startups. I don't think that's good for the long-term. The stocks and fiscal reports reflect that.

Pros: The working environment, IT, and facilities are perfect. We enjoy flexible working hours, nice workmates, and managers. Some projects are good, and some are not.
Cons: Less useful training.
There can be more training on such as how to use products from Autodesk itself, and how to code more standard.

Good snacks and coffee on each floor.
The SF office is quite easy for commute.
Cons: Commuting to San Rafael is strenuous if you live in the south of the SF.
