The interview was quite long (1.5 hours), and I did not expect that. It was supposed to be informal, but it felt like an exam in the end.
There were a lot of questions and three main parts:
- Answering questions about software development processes.
- Writing code on a whiteboard.
- Solving a riddle.

These can be complex and unsettling to existing teams, who need to work out where they fit in.
