Pros: - Challenging and diverse projects.
- Talented people that are approachable and easy to work with.
- Great hardware and work environment.
- Benefits package is ok.
- ESPP, RSU.
Cons: - Compensation does not take inflation into account.
- Promotions come pretty late and are rare.
- It is hard to switch teams/projects.
- Projects are assigned to the team without its input.

Wokeness breeds hate

Pros: Great colleagues and an international business environment.
Cons: Colleagues across the globe worked great together and shared culture and friendship freely. Yet this San Francisco company always had some new hate to spread, which only ever seemed to be the mindset of the Bay Area office. The company would be better off to ditch the wokeness, which only serves to promote hate.
