My experience was not good. I had an on-site interview, and I thought the manager was rude. While I was in the middle of an interview with an engineer, he interrupted me without letting me finish.
He told me I had no chance and asked me to leave.

Pros: We were purchased by Autodesk. They helped keep our internal culture alive and even helped us expand it into their culture.
Cons: It's a little stuffy. There are programmers that have been there and nowhere else for 20 years, which sounds great unless you're a programmer. It means they allow stagnation.
