Process

I received a call from a technical recruiter who wanted to discuss the position.

After a conversation for about 20 minutes about the role, we agreed to continue the process.

He said he would contact me again for the next step, but he never did.

I was later told that he wrote down that I ghosted him, when in fact, he was the one who ghosted me.

I think it's very rude to ghost people like that, not to mention dishonest and unethical to spread falsehoods about it (possibly to cover for their own faults).

I would not recommend them.

Pros: We were purchased by Autodesk. They helped keep our internal culture alive and even helped us expand it into their culture.

Cons: It's a little stuffy. There are programmers that have been there and nowhere else for 20 years, which sounds great unless you're a programmer. It means they allow stagnation.
