It's definitely one of the best companies to have in your portfolio. There are benefits such as medical benefits (not so impressive), work-from-home opportunities, and flexibility in working hours. But all of these come with a price. 😉
Cons are pretty obvious for this company. It lacks proper project and team management in Singapore. For instance, you can see tons of silos being created within the company, doing various different stuffs or the same stuffs using various methods.
Why so much difference?
Second, work is never-ending with back-to-back meetings. In most cases, the meetings are redundant and unnecessary, causing tons of time to be taken from actual work done.
Lastly, be prepared to take on extra work that isn't yours just to please the management. 😉
