Nice community feel for an office of this size. Everyone is treated as an equal.
Plenty of perks, benefits, and company events.
Opportunity for travel (depending on role).
Very considerate management, open to new ideas, and they always listen if you have something important to say.
Loads of highly-skilled colleagues to learn from.
State-of-the-art equipment.
Very comfortable work environment (best in my 17-job career). Most work environments look like a sweatshop by comparison.
You have to watch some training videos every now and again.
Keep it up!
The interview process was quite fast, around 2 weeks. They gave me a take-home task, and then there was a one-hour meeting to discuss the task and my solution.
First, they asked for an introduction, and then some coding questions related to arrays and linked lists. They also asked about dynamic programming. They want to go thoroughly through your capabilities. They are asking SQL questions as well.
The process involved an online application, followed by an online coding assessment, and concluded with an assessment day in Birmingham. During the assessment day, I toured the facilities, participated in a group task, completed an in-person coding
