Amazing machinery available at Pier 9, and a lot of great people cycling through.
They created a hostile hierarchy where they keep people as contractors, with no benefits, for as long as possible. In my case, they broke their agreement with me multiple times and paid me even less than interns. Others on the same team were official employees with a large amount of perks, which created an awkward and obvious separation based on the color of your badge.
Treat people more fairly. If you intend to hire someone as a "contractor," set an evaluation date and stick to it.
Talked to the recruiter and hiring manager. The first one was about 30 minutes, and the second one was about an hour. Very professional process. The interview was easy, but there was not enough alignment.
The interview process involved a recruiter round, an HM round, and a technical screen round. This process was frustrating and very slow. I had to follow up with the recruiter and a scheduler at every stage. It took them 2-3 weeks to get back to me
Did not have an OA (online assessment). Sent an interview scheduling request a few weeks after submitting the initial application. The first round is mostly behavioral, scheduled for around 45 minutes on the calendar.
