Great place for a career
People clearly love working at Autodesk. This is seen through the number of years people stay (10-20+ years).
Work-life balance is great, and remote work is still allowed. The office space at the SF Financial District is nice.
There are lots to learn from lots of people. I interned in a previous summer, so return offers are given.
It’s not clear how to get promoted or enter managerial positions. Pay is slightly below FAANG companies due to not much stock being given.
Not sure what the business strategy is for growth in the next 5, 10, or 20 years.
Make it more clear what the business strategy for revenue growth and market share are, so that there are company-wide goals rather than just maintaining existing products.
