I appreciate that the benefits package is good, and there is flexibility in work hours and schedules for the most part.
My team is too distributed, so communication is difficult. Projects are often times not 100% clear on the goal and the overall objective.
To keep everybody in the loop about projects that might indirectly or directly affect them in some fashion.
