Best job for new grads and those trying to grow their career. They produce a wide range of software, so there's a lot of opportunity.
Spread a little thin sometimes, it doesn't spend a lot of time thinking about common processes, even when those are vital when working across departments.
When you acquire companies, be better at proactively ending some bad practices.
Encourage other engineers to do the same.
These are startups; they all have skeletons they hate.
