Initial screening by contract recruiter via phone, featuring a lengthy explanation of the position, compensation options, and technical questions. A secondary phone conversation with the hiring manager was pleasant. Follow-up screening and on-site

Talked to the recruiter and hiring manager. The first one was about 30 minutes, and the second one was about an hour. Very professional process. The interview was easy, but there was not enough alignment.
