Pros: Going through the interview and onboarding process is a very unique experience that leaves you with a feeling of astonishment. I am glad to have experienced it, and the fact that I am daily being challenged on a higher level. Becoming a much better version of myself is what drives me, and Automattic is the way!
Cons: As a new member joining, the information flowing in might seem a bit overwhelming. However, pushing through is what makes it challenging and fun. It all happens for a reason. Welcome to the chaos!
