Pros: Great hiring experience that includes a small code assignment and a trial project. The trial project gives you a great overview of what your future work will be and how the company works.
The company is distributed. Everyone works from their home or coworking place and has similar conditions, so you never feel excluded.
Cons: The amount of information can be very overwhelming, and things can sometimes become chaotic.

Pros: It is readily apparent the company has invested a lot of effort into building a great, supportive, remote work culture.
The flexibility and autonomy offered is wonderful for achieving a work-life balance optimal for your life.
The benefits are awesome.

Cons: Adapting to and succeeding in a remote company can be challenging if you are not accustomed to it or desire a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
