Pros: - Supportive culture. - You will never stop learning new stuff. - Very generous vacations/time off policy.

Cons: You would never finish catching up on things, with a lot of information to process.

Pros: Great life-work balance. You are able to schedule your job around your life!

Cons: It could be hard to adapt if you come from a very schematic background.

Pros: Best company I ever worked for! Working from home with your home office setup, a lot of benefits, and unlimited vacation time. Lots of opportunities to work on projects across the company and expand your impact outside of your direct role. But most important is the people: they are smart, friendly, supportive, and kind. I worked in different environments – startups, big companies, agencies – but Automattic is definitely the best.

Cons: For the first time, nothing to write.
