A long interview with HR was followed by an application form requesting details on my best and worst projects. Subsequently, there was a Slack chat and test assignments. I completed all tasks, exceeding expectations, and included unit tests with all my answers. I missed one small question, which was subtly placed without a separate bullet point. Despite this, I was rejected. I am not discussing another reason, which was later admitted as false in the Slack chat.
