Software Engineer Interview Experience - Spain
Process
Stages:
- You applied through the website.
- You will receive a take-home task about a plugin. You will need to find some security issues and add some small features.
If you pass stage 2, you will start a paid trial. You will be given a small project and a buddy who will guide you during the process. Use Google! All the information is there!
If your buddy is happy with the results, they will recommend you to HR.
The entire process is conducted via async chat.
From my point of view, I think all companies should interview software engineers in this way. It is the easiest and fairest way to assess your technical and communication skills.
