Great group of engineers to work with. Remote-first culture distributed across the world. Great products to work on.
- A high-performance culture is leading to long hours and burnout of A8C's best engineers.
- Leadership constantly shifts priorities and doesn't allow enough time to ship any features.
- AI is being shoved down our throats and actively contributing to issues in shipped features.
- Current leadership is comprised of decent engineers who are not good people managers and struggle with strategy.
- The pay is not competitive with other tech companies.
Make this a better place to work for the people that genuinely want to see A8C products do well. If you are going to continue pushing the high-performance culture, you at least need to compensate accordingly.
