Best company according to me.
No cons in this company.
They don't really hire for positions. Rather, when you apply, you join a 'talent pool' where they may or may not get back to you. It's not really nice applying to such a void, but they do state that on their careers page.
Here's a breakdown of the interview process: * First interview: This was a Slack conversation, fully text-based, and lasted around 90 minutes. * Code test: I had some objectives to complete on an unknown codebase. * Trial: This part was paid.
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The interviewers and HR staff were friendly and professional, and provided clear, detailed explanations throughout each stage, making the experience very positive overall.
