Very unstable right now. The company is looking for any reason to get rid of people, whether it be "performance management", stealth layoffs, or reduction in force. Anyone who hasn't been laid off is preemptively job searching.
Compensation is average at best.
Leadership has no vision and poor communication. The CEO is spiraling.
