Pros: Benefits, vacation, 401k, sick pay, bonuses, employee perks, etc.
My job was to take calls in a call center 40 hours a week with potential overtime at $20/hour. It involved working with multiple computer systems and home equity loans.
Cons: I was laid off when business need meant the company didn't want to continue paying the lease on the building, as there were other call centers.

Pros: I have worked as a contractor with them for a year now. The pay is pretty good.
The work culture is good. There is a lot of support, guidance, and freedom from the manager to work as required for the project.
Cons: However, work-life balance is not so good. More importance is given to completing the project by a fixed deadline rather than considering work load and capacity. And it is very difficult to get converted to full-time.
