Dot NET Developer Interview Experience - New York, New York

Process

They do not hire directly. Interviewers are all Indian males sitting in India. Why do you think they want to hire someone in the USA? Many recruiters call for the same roles for indirect placement with no benefits and say they have not been able to find anyone good for three months, and my profile looks great. I should have known better.

It's not one team; it's all three different teams. The same thing: no diversity. All people in India. Even the first-level interview, that's from the recruiters' side, is also from India. You easily pass that, but BOA internal management is something different. Waste of so many weeks.

I will never waste my time with these recruiters and Bank of America again. This multi-layer hiring culture is something journalism and the government should look into.
