Process
Organized very badly. The interview was scheduled at 9:30 AM, but the interviewer arrived at 2 PM. I had to wait more than 4 hours.
There was no plan. There were two or three rounds of interview:
- One interview was purely technical.
- The other one was on the process.
Telephonic interview from the client location was optional. Finally, there was an HR-level interview.

Pros: Stable work hours.
Reasonable work-life balance.
Overall good team spirit and quite pleasant colleagues.
Cons: It's a really big company, so it comes with all the layers and politics of its size. I'm not even sure if this is a con at this point, since if you come to work here, you should roughly expect the trade-offs that a big company requires.
