A technical interview with a panel of three people from one of the development teams. The interview consisted largely of being given code samples and data structures and discussing technical issues with them.
There was also a section consisting of the more normal requirement that I give a five-minute overview of my career, focusing on more recent projects, with occasional questions from the panel.
Some of the technical tests included explaining what the output from a recursive method would be and how an algorithm could be designed to do both depth-first and breadth-first iteration of a tree structure.
