Contacted by Consultancy. Resume shortlisted and cleared L1 and L2 rounds. They scheduled a Managerial Round with a Manager based out in the US. It also went well. Post that, no update from HR even after 1 month. Tried contacting HR through email about the feedback, but no response. The process took 3 weeks, and HR doesn't even think to provide your feedback after wasting 3 weeks in their recruitment process.
