Cons: - En Masse Contract Cancellation: Multiple contractors were let go at the same time without our direct manager's knowledge. - Outdated Development Framework: Quartz was written at least 15 years ago and is grossly outdated as far as most of the tooling goes. While the backend might be a technological triumph, the developer tools are slow, clunky, and poorly documented. There is an accepted understanding that it will take a new developer 6 months to get up to speed with Quartz. That alone is expensive for the bank, even more so when they let developers go after only 6 months.

Pros: Lots of Perks Learn new areas

Cons: No career grows; restructure teams and responsibilities change too often.

Pros: Company policy and HR policy are progressive and promote work-life balance. Salaries are reasonable. The company is stable. Software development is very process-oriented, not the chaotic, mismanaged process you see in smaller companies. There is a large workforce, offering options for horizontal mobility.

Cons: An associate's career progress, quality of life, work environment, etc., can be controlled too much by the immediate manager.
