Pros: A place where your work life is well-balanced with lots of employee benefits.

Cons: Fewer chances for technical growth, as the environment is very stable.

Pros: 1. Great work-life balance. 2. Fixed pay and good hike every year (~10%).

Cons: 1. Too much emphasis on certifications and innovations

Pros: Good benefits like free transport, food, and drinks (tea or coffee from a machine).

Cons: No career advancement. It takes ages to get promoted. To be eligible for promotion takes 3 years, and on top of that, your leads should be fine with your promotion, else you have to wait indefinitely. No role/technology changes within the company. Working on old technologies that are not used anywhere in the market. Too much office politics in Chennai offices. The HR team is a joke. They are there getting free salary and commissions from consultancy firms. They don't take candidates through internal referrals as they won't get commission or bribes from consultancies.
