Step 2: Phone Interview Simple Java questions.
Step 3: On-site interview. Java questions plus a small task.

Pros: Huge company, countless learning opportunities, a huge pool of people to talk to, learn from, and work with.
Fairly good pay and benefits.
Cons: Very political. You have to be better at presenting yourself as a great employee than actually being a great employee.
As with many large banks, some processes and structures aren't ideally efficient, which you just have to live with.
