The interview process was convoluted and unprofessional.
I met with the hiring manager and passed. I met with a panel and passed.
The VP of recruiting called me and wanted to know if I would be interested in accepting an offer. I said yes, but since the other interviews went long, I didn't have a chance to ask any questions from my end.
I asked for 30 minutes with the hiring manager so I could ask him some questions. When that meeting eventually happened, it wasn't for me to ask questions but another panel interview with four people. I was totally blindsided.
The questions and feedback were either pie-in-the-sky stuff or items not even on the job description.
