They take a couple of phone screenings and call for an in-person interview. Then, an HR round where your salary package will be discussed and negotiated. HR people really take their time. The issue is it took three months to sort this out, which is very long in my personal opinion. You should be very fast in onboarding resources, especially in this competitive environment.
