Overall experience is very good. Had too many rounds. Mostly they checked how we are doing designs, coding, etc. Sometimes, sharing some case study, checking how we are approaching it, something like that.

Questions

Scenario to get alternate records, different abends, and how we resolve them. If a new requirement comes, what needs to be taken care of, etc.

Cons: Very hectic. Benefits are pretty poor, especially medical benefits. At times, dysfunctional management changes strategies so very often.
