Pros: They're forward-looking (especially for a big bank) in terms of open-source software. I started remote; however, that later changed. My location was nearby, so it didn't work out badly.
Cons: Big and bureaucratic, as you might imagine. They're still coping with their acquisitions of Merrill Lynch and Countrywide. Countrywide, in particular, was not a wise move.
