Software Engineer Interview Experience - Brazil

Process

The selection process was extremely bureaucratic and dehumanized. The company did not make clear the number of stages nor the deadlines involved. Since the first contact, there was no forecast regarding the progress of the process.

After the initial interview, I was subjected to an excessively long test, with several poorly formulated questions in English (appearing to have been translated by Google Translate). Following that, there was a conversation with the manager, who was late, disorganized, and did not demonstrate clarity when communicating the project requirements.

Furthermore, there was no cordiality in receiving feedback. The interviewer provided a date for feedback, but even after my request, I received no response – positive or negative. Given this experience, I would only recommend this company's selection process to those willing to deal with the lack of consideration for candidates' time and the frustration that can arise along the way.
