Process
I gave my resume at a university career fair and was contacted later that week.
In the interview itself, there were two interviewers and a whiteboard.
I did not hear back for a month after the interview.
Questions
They first asked me to write the code to a relatively easy problem on the whiteboard. Then, they switched to database design questions, in which they continuously changed requirements and asked me to modify the database design to handle the new situation.
