One on-campus interview (45 min), 3 phone interviews (20 min each).
Manager came to my campus. He was pretty friendly and very knowledgeable of non-CS-related facets of banking, especially derivatives markets.
Talking to him was a pleasure and very informative.
If you get to the final round, I think you're basically guaranteed a spot. I think all but 5 people who made it to the last round received an offer (out of approximately 60 people).
