Pros: Good company for those starting a career or in the mid-level. A bunch of opportunities for learning and gaining experience, with a decent salary.
Cons: Hard to grow above middle level, especially on the technology line or as an individual contributor.
However, there are some opportunities if one is ready to dump a tech career and completely switch to management.
