The hiring process at B of A was quite long. There were about 4 separate, 1-hour telephone interviews before they decided to fly me to Charlotte for an all-day, in-person interview with about 5-6 different people. All separate, some outside in the hot, humid North Carolina weather! All in all, it turned out OK as I got the job, but they don't hire (at least not at the VP level) very quickly.
