BOFA is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. They really do care about taking care of their employees and providing the appropriate job training to facilitate daily tasks/duties.
I wish the IT Operations and production support engineering teams were more diverse and inclusive.
Management should work towards ensuring their L3 Application support/Prod teams are more diverse.
