They offer very generous maternity/paternity leave, education sponsorship, and more.
Down the chain in management, the focus and direction are lost. Frequent reorgs and shifting priorities affect the budget and focus, which ultimately negatively affect morale.
Make sure each employee gets a sense of meaningful work. It is good for their mental health.
