The community of professional developers is excellent.
Everyone worked together to solve the need and to fix any issues.
Solid pay.
Excellent managers who know how to support their staff and get out of the way.
It's a highly regulated industry, so the red tape is only growing in volume. They're now forcing full-time employees and contractors to be hybrid: work on-site 3 days per week.
Low and mid-level: keep it up, keep supporting your teams with whatever they need.
Upper-level: make sure your lower and mid-level managers are getting paid worth the time they invest; keep the good ones, replace the others.
