People are generally very friendly.
No reward. I worked 50+ hours for a solid year with no raise and a small bonus.
High pressure, where managers expect you to do things before you resolve them. Higher management are pretty much all politics.
If you fail to differentiate on who is doing work and who is not, you are not going to keep people around.

Software Engineer
