The best employer in my 29-year career. I worked for 7 companies: bank (2), insurance, technology (2), consumer, and college
Tremendous opportunities. Very large, complex, and challenging technology environments. Talented co-workers. Team-oriented. Past management (Ken Lewis) was a great visionary; Moynihan less so. Feds/regulators have their boot on the neck of management, requiring all resources for compliance and regulation that's thwarting new products and services. Is the intent to make the bank smaller and out of the "too big to fail" category?
Small fish in a big pond. Impossible to impact the bottom line of a corporation, so focus must be on individual and organization-centric goals and accomplishments.
Promote and encourage each organization to create unique, well-articulated, and understood cultures. This will strengthen relationships within organizations.
