Great Team, Tech, But Needs Diversity
Great team to work in. Had a lot of flexibility; opinions and inputs were respected. Dynamic team to work with. Ended up working on different types of databases. Very cutting-edge technology-wise.
There needs to be more gender diversity. The male-to-female ratio on my team was quite poor. When I joined the team, it was just me, but later on, for an upgrade project, they only hired males.

Software Engineer
