Pros

Working from home is a great pro, and the management was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons
  1. There was no training or on-boarding for your position; you were thrown into the water to swim or sink.

  2. All consultants can only stay 18 months. So it's the blind leading the blind, and this applies to Quality Assurance, BA, and development areas.

  3. Getting data to test your code changes is like pulling teeth. Their monthly releases can be 50 to 100 projects, and everyone needs data. It's a nightmare.

Advice to Management

Work on your SDLC process.

Have a solid on-boarding process for your consultants.

Add more resources to the data teams. The lack of data for testing code changes can break down a project and put it in Red status.
